Delivering high quality residential care in this approximately 50 bed home in Holt, every aspect of care, comfort, community values is offered in a supportive, community centred workplace. About the role Our client in Holt is looking for a passionate and dedicated General Manager to bring their operational leadership experience and aged care clinical background to lead this residential home. As the senior leader onsite, you’ll ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care while guiding and empowering your team. You will provide strong clinical oversight, foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture and oversee financial, risk, and workforce performance to ensure the facility continues to thrive.



About you Minimum two years demonstrated success in a GM leadership role You will have current AHPRA registration and rights to work in Australia Understanding of AACQA (The Accreditation process for best practice clinical outcomes) Ability to manage and engage with all stakeholders, including team members, residents, and their families. Proficient computer skills and experience using documentation and reporting systems.
