Project Delivery Manager - Renewable Energy | Build Systems. Lead Projects. Make an Impact.

The Projects Delivery Manager is responsible for providing engineering leadership, project management and technical coordination across Power Back's renewable energy operations.

The role leads the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of projects undertaken through the Outback Power Program (OPP), Battery Replacement Program (BRP) and other renewable energy initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual obligations.

A key objective of this position is to establish sustainable engineering and project management systems that improve organisational capability and continue to support Power Back beyond the term of this appointment.





Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Directors, Planning Manager, Lead Technicians and Engineering Team, the Projects Manager provides professional engineering oversight, project governance and technical advice while supporting the continued development of Power Back's engineering capability.

The role requires solid engineering judgement, project management capability, stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams operating throughout remote Australia.
