Reporting to the F&B; Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Providing friendly and qualified F&B; service with utmost efficiency and attention to detail.
- Providing our guests with exceptional customer service, ensuring their expectations are always met.
- Collaborating with customers and kitchen staff to ensure service times are adhered to.
- Proficiency in systems, maintaining control of restaurant and bistro service equipment, and conducting regular stock takes.
- Training and developing floor staff with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.




- Operating within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an ambitious, multi-skilled, and proactive team member with experience in the following:

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Previous F&B; supervisory experience (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Table service and counter service experience.
- Current or ability to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency card.
