Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Experienced Luxury Furniture Showroom Consultant at Opsis Designs. The consultant will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining showroom presentation. While this is primarily a furniture sales role, we are a small business, and it also includes the ability to work with homewares, so retail experience is essential. Please note that we are in the luxury space of retail so we really are looking for someone with experience in working in high end stores.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers and provide product knowledge to support sales




- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain showroom presentation
- Work with furniture and homewares in a luxury retail setting
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and high level of service in a high-end store setting

Qualifications

- Product knowledge and showroom skills
- Excellent computer skills and strong organisation
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Previous experience in luxury furniture retail
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of interior design trends is a plus
