About the Role

Oscar Wylee is seeking a motivatedPick Packer / Warehouse Assistantto join our Sydney Head Office team. In this role, you’ll be responsible forpicking, packing, and dispatching stock ordersto our retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll also provideinternal retail support, ensuring our stores have everything they need – from eyewear stock to marketing materials – to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and packstock orders for retail stores and head office departments
- Prepare and dispatch promotional, marketing, and visual merchandising materials
- Process incoming deliveries and check goods against invoices
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular counts and organization of storage areas
- Liaise with retail, operations, marketing,



and IT teams to fulfil urgent store requests
- Ensure all orders are packed accurately, securely, and meet daily deadlines
- Keep warehouse and stock areas clean and well-organized

About You

- Previouspick packingor warehouse experience preferred (retail background an advantage)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with positive time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock (within safe limits)
- Has a valid drivers license.
