About The Role

We are looking for team members who align with our work ethic and passion for exceeding guest expectations to join the team at Saké Restaurant & Bar Melbourne. Positions are available for Section Waiters and Runners.

Successful applicants will hold a valid VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol card, be well presented, and have previous experience in a premium/fine dining setting. An eagerness to expand their beverage knowledge focusing on wine and sake would make a role at Saké a fantastic opportunity.

The iconic flagship of the Saké Restaurant & Bar fleet is housed in an elegant, split‑level heritage building in The Rocks, with original sandstone features and a stylish, crowd‑pleasing ambience.
