Glen Fisk Recruitment is partnering with a Queensland Government agency to appoint an experienced Executive Program Director for a high-profile, enterprise-wide transformation program.

This is an opportunity to lead one of Queensland's significant government initiatives, providing executive leadership across technology, data, business change and governance while working with senior executives, delivery partners and key stakeholders.

The Role Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of a complex transformation program from strategy through to implementation.

You will:

Lead a large-scale enterprise transformation program.

Provide executive leadership across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.

Manage senior stakeholder relationships across government.

Drive governance, risk management and executive reporting.

Oversee commercial delivery and vendor management.

Ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to strategic objectives.

Lead multidisciplinary teams in a complex delivery environment.

About You You are an experienced executive leader with a proven record of delivering large and complex ICT transformation programs.





You will bring:

Executive Program Director or Program Director experience.

Delivery of enterprise-wide digital or ICT transformation programs.

Experience working within Queensland Government or another large, complex organisation.

Strong governance, assurance and risk management capability.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and external delivery partners.

Commercial and vendor management experience.
