Vail Resorts Australia is seeking a Director, Resorts Experience for Australia’s alpine resorts, including Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. You will lead hospitality across F&B;, accommodation, retail and equipment rental, shaping guest experiences and business performance. You will report to the Vice President & General Manager - Perisher and guide senior teams to deliver strategic priorities, transformation initiatives and sustainable growth.
