We’re looking for an exceptional technology leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as General Manager, Technology. In this role, you’ll operate in a virtual CIO capacity, partnering with Truis and our customers to navigate the rapid evolution of AI, automation, and emerging technologies. You'll help organisations make confident technology decisions that balance innovation with governance, security, commercial outcomes, and operational reality. You'll own Truis' Store of Tomorrow, our flagship innovation setting showcasing the practical application of AI, automation, data, and retail technology. It's a pivotal, customer-facing leadership position for someone who can bridge legacy technology with emerging capabilities and help organisations adopt the right solutions in practical, commercially meaningful ways without disrupting what already works. Demonstrated success modernising technology environments while maintaining business continuity, Experience evaluating and applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies in practical business settings, Understanding of technology governance, cyber security risk, and responsible AI adoption. You know how to make technology work in the real world, especially in environments where uptime, consistency, and simplicity matter.
