The Role

We’re looking for a part time or freelance Social Video Creator.

Someone who can consistently create positive content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and understands what performs well on them.

You’ll create videos for multiple brands within YOUNG.Media.

The focus is on quality output, speed, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Social Video Production – Create and publish social-first video content on a daily basis across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

End-to-End Content Ownership – Manage the full production cycle, including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing

Multi-Brand Content Execution – Produce content across multiple brands and topics, adapting tone, format, and messaging accordingly

Trend & Opportunity Translation – Identify and translate trends, news, and relevant topics into timely, engaging video content

Format Development & Optimisation – Test, evaluate,



and refine content formats based on performance data and platform dynamics

What We’re Looking For

Proven Content Creation Experience – Experience creating video content, either independently or within a professional environment

Platform Understanding – Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and what drives performance

Speed & Autonomy – Ability to execute quickly, manage workflows independently, and maintain consistent output

Iterative Mindset – Comfortable working without rigid structure, with a focus on testing, learning, and improving over time

Audience-Focused Thinking – Strong instinct for creating content that captures and retains viewer attention.
