- Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or other related courses
- With at least three years of work experience in a financing company or banking industry, two years preferably in a managerial level
- Has experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Must have technical marketing skills, product and industry knowledge
- Has excellent skills in communication (written and oral), decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Can build rapport with both internal and external clients
- Can handle pressure and challenging situations
- Willing to travel for fieldwork
