Our client is an established mid-market corporate advisory firm operating across Australia & New Zealand. They provide expert M&A; advice across a wide range of industries, notably technology, financial sponsors, industrials and healthcare and have a highly successful transaction track record. Working within this firm will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain leading industry experience within a high calibre team where there is local decision-making capability and a focus on driving the performance of the business.

They are currently looking for an Analyst and an Associate to join their growing team in Sydney. These individuals will work alongside a collegiate team and in support of senior bankers. You will help to execute transactions across the full lifecycle and will enjoy having exposure to a broad range of sectors.



The role will also support the team across due diligence, financial modelling & valuation, client interaction and deal execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-3 years of M&A;/Corporate Finance experience from an investment bank, corporate advisory firm or big 4 CA firm for the Analyst position
- 3-5 years of M&A; experience from an investment bank or leading corporate advisory firm for the Associate position
- Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience
- Robust integrity & work ethic
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines
