About Our Client
Our Client is a leading mining contractor operating a Gold Mine 150kms South of Townsville, delivering safe and efficient gold mining services. What you will be Doing
- You will be operating large‑scale mining equipment including CAT 777 in a production mining environment.
- This role involves working a 7/7 roster of 12‑hour shifts across both day and night shift, drive‑in drive‑out only.
- You will be responsible for safe and productive excavation, maintaining equipment standards, and adhering to site safety procedures.
What you will need
- Proven experience operating CAT 777
- Previous experience in a production mining environment (gold mining highly regarded)
- Current Driver’s Licence (Drive in Drive out required)
- Ability to work 7/7 rotating day and night shifts
- Ability to pass Pre‑Employment Medical and ongoing, random drug and alcohol testing
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
