About The Role

Two rare opportunities exist for a lawyer (1–4 year PQE) to join our litigation & dispute resolution practice in Melbourne. In this role you will work closely with the litigation partners and directly with our clients on complex, challenging and high‑profile commercial matters.



The first is a general commercial litigation role and the second is a more specialised commercial litigation role focused on construction disputes for a practitioner with experience in this area.

About You

- proven experience and knowledge of commercial litigation disputes as a lawyer gained in private practice in Australia or an overseas jurisdiction;
- the ability to identify key issues in a legal matter;
- superior analytical, research, communication and drafting skills;
- a commitment to excellence;
- sound judgement and a proactive, cutting-edge and outcome‑focused approach to work; and
- the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
