Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated machine learning models for production environments
- Lead the development of AI-powered features across our product suite
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into scalable solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Optimise AI model performance and ensure robust deployment pipelines
- Stay current with latest AI research and implement best practices
- Work directly with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles
- Expert proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
