At Perway Construction Services, we’re not your average builder. Based in Greenwood, we specialise in high-performance, energy-efficient homes, renovations, extensions and EcoPods, using timber frame construction and passive house principles.

We care just as much about the client experience as we do about the final product. Our clients choose us because they want a home built properly, not just quickly.

Now, we’re looking for a Project Manager / Senior Site Supervisor who thinks the same way.

This is not a role for someone who reacts. It is for someone who leads.

The Role

You will own 3 to 6 active residential projects end-to-end, covering recent builds, renovations, granny flats and EcoPods, from prestart through to handover. You split your time between site and office, and you are equally sharp at both.

What you will be responsible for

- Full financial ownership from day one. Trade quote reviews, PO approvals, timesheets, WIP tracking and cost-to-complete reporting. No surprises at the end.
- Preparing and maintaining look-ahead schedules that actually get followed. You do not react to delays, you see them coming.
- Coordinating trades with precision. Your sites run smoothly because you are across the detail before anyone has to ask.
- Keeping clients informed, confident and positive. Clear communication on variations, approvals secured before work proceeds, and clients are never chasing you for an update.
- Weekly project reports: percentage completion, WIP status, cost-to-complete. Accurate. On time. Every time.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to protect margin without compromising the build quality Perway is known for.




- Owning your admin. Records, photos, documentation, system updates, without being managed.
- Using Wunderbuild and SharePoint consistently and accurately.
- Contributing to how Perway improves. If you see a better way, say so.

Who You Are

You are a structured, commercially sharp PM who knows that a well-run project is a financially controlled project. You plan properly, write clearly, and your admin does not fall behind.

- Certificate III in Carpentry
- White Card, Driver Licence and First Aid Certificate
- Proven residential construction experience with demonstrated budget accountability
- Strong scheduling and planning capability, not just awareness of it
- Strong communication skills with trades, clients, suppliers and office team members
- Confident with phones, apps, emails, photos, construction management software and digital workflows
- Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes with confidence
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction supervision experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality and workmanship
- Team Player and proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Preferred





- Diploma of Building and Construction will be highly regarded
- Passive House or passive building experience
- Pro Clima wrapping training (or genuine interest in completing it)
- Wunderbuild experience or similar software
- Granny flat or modular dwelling delivery experience

Hard no: If you avoid admin, need constant follow-up or are chasing others to find out what is happening on your own sites, this is not your role.
