This role is about ownership, technical depth, and solving complex problems properly. Infotrust is looking for an L3 Senior Engineer with strong Azure and infrastructure experience to join our Delivery team in Sydney.

You’ll work across customer environments supporting operational delivery, resolving advanced technical issues, contributing to project work, and helping uplift capability across the broader engineering function.

This role will suit someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and being trusted to take ownership of outcomes.

Day to Day

- Resolving complex infrastructure and cloud-related incidents
- Supporting and maintaining Azure environments
- Delivering project and customer-facing engineering work
- Assisting with platform optimisation, automation, and operational improvement initiatives
- Supporting escalations from lower-tier engineers
- Working closely with internal delivery and cyber security teams

Skills & Experience

- Strong AWS and systems engineering experience




- Experience across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Experience within MSP or managed services environmentsStrong communication and customer engagement skills
- Experience with Microsoft environments, virtualisation, backup, and infrastructure platforms is highly regarded
