Responsibilities

- Ensure safe, consumer-directed care that meets all accreditation and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement for resident outcomes and experiences
- Lead, mentor and support managers to build a positive culture, accountability and high performance
- Improve morale, attraction, retention and development of staff across all homes
- Drive the financial performance of the residential division ensuring targets and consistency are met across all aged care facilities

About you

- Proven experience overseeing residential aged care operations across a large number of sites
- Solid knowledge of Australian aged care standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
- A commitment to delivering safe, consumer-directed care and consistently high-quality outcomes
- The ability to lead,



mentor and hold managers accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Financial acumen with a record of achieving operational and budgetary targets
- A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
