Associate - Banking & Finance Lawyer

Our client is one of Australia's largest and vastly growing law firm with a leading reputation.They prioritise personal growth and career objectives, while connecting you with highly skilled and motivated professionals. Their Sydney office is now looking for an associate level lawyer to work in their banking and finance team.

About the role

We are actively seeking an Associate with expertise in banking & finance law to join a well regarded Sydney specialist team.

This rewarding role offers exceptional career opportunity for advancement and growth, working alongside professionals in a impressive and highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities

- Participating in a variety of transactions across property, construction, and acquisition finance
- Engaging directly with clients and other parties, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Drafting clear and concise communications
- Collaborating within a close-knit, supportive sub-team

About you

Ideally, you will have 4+ years PAE in banking and finance law with working on corporate or property finance transactions.

In addition, you will have:

- Proven experience collaborating with major Australian banks
- Skilled in preparing clear, concise, and well-structured written communications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Motivated to grow your career and expand your professional network within the banking and finance sector
