The Role

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving clinical research initiatives across multiple high-impact MedTech therapy areas, from planning through to execution, while partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders, commercial leaders, regulatory teams, and external healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading clinical research strategy and execution across ANZ aligned to regional and global objectives
- Managing end-to-end local and international clinical studies across multiple therapy areas
- Partner with commercial, regulatory, and global teams to drive clinical strategy
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing clinical research team
- Supporting study planning, budget management, resource allocation, and project execution
- Ensuring clinical programs are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Contributing clinical insights to support product approvals,



evidence generation, and market access initiatives
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across KOLs, healthcare professionals, and leadership teams

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Health Sciences, or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications highly advantageous
- Extensive experience within clinical research and clinical operations in a MedTech, Biotech or Pharmaceutical environment
- Previous leadership experience managing clinical teams and complex research programs
- Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, governance, and study execution across ANZ and broader global settings
- Experience leading pre-market and/or post-market clinical studies
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project leadership capabilities
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance scientific, operational, and business priorities
