A agile and highly regarded organisation based in Mascot is seeking an experienced Injury Management & Return to Work (RTW) Manager to lead and drive best-practice injury management and RTW outcomes across the business. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how injured workers are supported back to meaningful and sustainable work, partnering closely with operational leaders, health professionals and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end injury management framework across the organisation, with a focus on aviation operations and safety-critical roles.
- Develop and implement tailored RTW plans in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Manage complex cases with a focus on sustainable outcomes, minimising business disruption and supporting whole-of-life wellbeing.
- Create and maintain an early intervention program.

About You

- Demonstrated experience managing complex injury management and RTW programs, preferably from an employer.




- In-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and best-practice injury management principles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A drive to champion employee wellbeing, return to work success and cultural excellence.
