DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Control Tower Specialist in AUS - Kemps Creek, 1 Cuprum Close.

The position is responsible for handling shipments – from liaising with customers & suppliers in an effective and timely manner whilst directing, compiling, and completing the necessary documentation, to arranging transport and final invoicing. This position is required to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company and regulatory requirements to ensure operational efficiency, diligence, and compliance.

Your typical day at DSV

- Collaborate within the Cloud Services Centre of Excellence to deliver accurate, high‑quality work in line with SOPs, management directives, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and service providers locally and internationally.
- Plan, prioritise,



and manage end‑to‑end transport and shipment activities using CW1 and legacy systems to meet KPIs, milestones, and delivery deadlines.
- Read, interpret, and action operational instructions, while proactively resolving issues related to documentation, cost calculations, load sizing, and operations.
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with customers, team members, and external stakeholders—including airlines, shipping lines, and transport providers—to resolve issues and obtain required information.
- Support the Team Lead with day‑to‑day operations, contribute to process improvements, and assist with additional tasks or projects as required.

About you

- Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, and warehouse coordination —preferably in high‑tech or sensitive commodities
- Robust understanding of QHSE standards and compliance frameworks
- This position requires minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Logistics industry
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- General WHS awareness of legislative and company requirements
