This is a senior role for someone who's equal parts strategist, account leader, and people leader . You'll own the performance, growth and retention of your squad's client portfolio, develop the full-funnel paid media strategy behind it, and lead a team of Performance Specialists to execute it brilliantly.

Performance media is what we do, and you're an expert in it — but you hold it with genuine respect for brand and a deep understanding of the ecommerce engine underneath every account. You know a strong ROAS on a weak offer doesn't build a business.

What you'll do

- Lead a squad of Performance Specialists — develop them, manage capacity, own the quality bar
- Own the strategy across your portfolio: full-funnel paid media that ladders up to each client's growth and revenue targets
- Be the senior client contact — run the meetings and QBRs, set direction, keep relationships solid




- Drive the commercial result — hit and exceed MER, ROAS, acquisition and retention targets
- Bring the ecommerce lens — unit economics, AOV/LTV, repeat rate, CRO and lifecycle, not paid media in isolation

What you'll bring

- 5+ years in ecommerce performance marketing, including leading a team and owning senior client relationships
- Expert across Meta and Google; broader search/social/programmatic a plus
- Deep ecommerce understanding of how performance media, CRO and CRM/lifecycle move the numbers
- Brand respect and full-funnel thinking — you can brief and judge creative
- Excellent client-facing communication; calm, proactive, solutions-first
- AI-fluent and curious
