Monday to Friday, 6AM – 2PM.

What You’ll Do

- Lead a team of people leaders, providing guidance and support they need to succeed.
- Proactively identify and address areas for optimisation, driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.
- Use data and a strong understanding of business systems to boost operational efficiency and achieve KPIs.
- Demonstrate agility in navigating complex changes, ensuring your team remains engaged and supported through transitions.




- Oversee budget management and optimise resource allocation to achieve maximum operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven background leading a team within Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG.
- Experience working with union representatives on dispute resolution and decision making.
- Track record of navigating complex change while keeping teams engaged and supported.
- Deep commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks.
- Comfortable articulating goals and providing feedback to your team.
