Roles

We are seeking Project Engineers (civil or geotechnical) for our Perth-based team. The role supports the coordination and delivery of project activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and performance. Project Engineers provide technical and logistical input to project teams, ensuring efficiency across all phases of execution and supporting delivery within defined timeframes and budget requirements.

Ideal Candidate

- Degree‑qualified in civil or geotechnical engineering (or an equivalent tertiary qualification).
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the mining, civil, or geotechnical industries.
- Experience planning, scheduling, conducting,



and delegating engineering and geotechnical investigations.
- Experience in civil/geotechnical design for bulk earthworks, water dams, tailings dams, heap leach pads, foundations, and civil structures.
- Experience monitoring work for compliance with relevant codes, practices, and standards.
- Ability to verify that earthworks are constructed in accordance with the design intent.
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills, ensuring effective coordination between clients and internal project teams.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects effectively.
