Trainer - Learning & Organisational Development

Full Time | Permanent | Paddington, Brisbane

About The Role

We are seeking an engaging and experienced Trainer to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD;) team at Catholic Early EdCare. This newly created role is focused on delivering high-quality training programs designed by our L&D; and OD specialists, supporting capability, compliance, and consistency across the organisation. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys facilitation, working directly with teams, and bringing learning to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver induction, compliance, leadership, safeguarding, and operational training across CEEC services and support office
- Facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions
- Work closely with the L&D; and OD Specialists to ensure training is delivered as intended
- Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of learning programs
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback
- Build strong relationships with Service Leaders and teams
- Travel across the region as required

About You

You Are a Confident And Adaptable Facilitator Who Brings

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Experience delivering adult learning programs (education, early childhood, or human services desirable)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills




- A collaborative, people-focused approach
- Confidence using digital tools and Learning Management Systems
- A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel

- Training is delivered consistently and to a high standard
- Participants are engaged, confident, and well-supported
- Learning programs are embedded effectively across CEEC
