About the role
You’ll be the senior anchor for three busy partners specialising in a mix of Competition & Consumer and M&A; matters. This is a role for someone who thrives in a quick‑moving, detail‑heavy environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything tight, accurate, and ahead of deadline. Two days WFH are built into the rhythm of the team.
- Complex document production and version control across
- High‑volume diary, email, and matter coordination
- Billing, monthly reporting, and financial hygiene using Aderant
- Partner support that anticipates needs,
not reacts to them
- Client liaison with major FMCG organisations where speed and precision are non‑negotiable
About you
You’re a seasoned legal secretary with deep experience in corporate, commercial, or transactional practice groups.
- 4+ years legal secretary experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Confidence navigating Aderant, iManage
- The ability to support multiple partners without dropping pace or quality
- Professional polish and strong communication skills
