Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the financial modelling, analysis, and performance monitoring of multiple investment funds. Working closely with cross-functional teams including funds management, asset management, finance, and transactions, the position plays a key role in delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and optimise investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance financial models to support forecasting, cash flow analysis, valuations, and overall fund performance
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, investor reporting, and periodic performance updates




- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to inform strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Support the development and execution of fund and asset-level strategies
- Provide analytical support across acquisitions, developments, leasing, and divestments
- Assist with capital management initiatives, including debt and funding analysis
- Undertake market research and analyse economic and sector-specific data to support investment insights

Key Requirements

- 1–3 years’ experience in investment management, asset management, finance, banking, or a related field
- Robust financial modelling and analytical skills, particularly in Excel (experience with property models advantageous)
- Ability to prepare high-quality presentations and clearly communicate complex information
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, real estate, or a similar discipline
