We are seeking a Business Analyst with broad enterprise systems experience and strong discovery, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement capability.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience performing detailed business analysis and business re-engineering
- Facilitating workshops to confirm existing stakeholder pain points and business inefficiencies
- Identifying benefits and documenting both pain points and benefits in a standard and agreed format
- Process mapping (Developing the Current State/'As-is' and Future State/'To-be' processes)
- Eliciting, documenting, and prioritising business and system requirements in a standard and agreed format
- Leading the design of new processes - consulting with various stakeholders and being able to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Articulating messages to a variety of audiences and adapting complex information into simple messages
- Assisting with the identification of options and potential system solutions
- Strong in documentation including summarising the above and documenting into appropriate papers and reports
- End to end ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
implementation experience (preferred)
- Assisting and providing input to prototype development and testing
- Creating training materials and delivering training
- Meeting high quality standards and implementing quality control into their work
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management
- Coordinate testing requirements, test cases (SIT and UAT) for project deliverables
- Ensure all formal governance requirements related to testing are completed
- Reporting and dashboards; experience developing and implementing reporting and dashboarding, including testing and training (preferred)
