Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led Australian spirits business with a modern, agile approach to brand building, trade marketing, and commercial execution across domestic and export markets. The team is scaling quickly, and this role sits at the centre of that activity.

This is a excellent opportunity to join the business as a Marketing & Trade Coordinator . You will support the Brand Manager and National Sales & Export Manager across day-to-day marketing and trade activity, coordinating campaigns, managing brand assets, and supporting the execution of product launches and trade initiatives.

This is a highly execution-focused role covering marketing operations, asset management, reporting, and project coordination, ensuring work-streams stay aligned and moving.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the National Sales & Export Manager and Brand Manager across day-to-day marketing and trade activity
- Coordinate and maintain trade marketing assets, ensuring files, links, and materials are accurate, accessible, and well organised
- Assist with project coordination across campaigns, product launches, and trade initiatives, tracking timelines and stakeholder alignment
- Extract, compile, and maintain sales and marketing data using Excel




- Support reporting across trade and marketing performance with a focus on accuracy and consistency

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail with strong Excel and data accuracy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, including structured and ad-hoc tasks
- Confident communicator who proactively escalates issues and keeps work moving
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, commercial, or brand coordination role — ideally within premium drinks, FMCG, or a comparable consumer brand environment
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders or functions simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, or project support roles
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Asana) advantageous
- Strong written communication skills — clear, professional, and on-brand across all outputs
