We are looking for a talented Product Support Representative to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia.

About This Role

- As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia
- Manage the engine life database
- Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers
- Develop strong relationships with our valued customers
- Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures

- Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events
- Mechanical training is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

- A college, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience in technical support, diagnostics, or field service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex technical issues and synthesize large volumes of diagnostic data
- Proficiency in using electronic service tools, diagnostic software, and mechanical/electronic troubleshooting equipment
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering value
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Familiarity with Cummins products and service systems is a plus
