Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be the go‑to person for all things accounts payable, ensuring invoices, payments, and reconciliations happen seamlessly.

Responsibilities

- You will receive and process invoices, staff expenses, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations using Exflow and Business Central
- You will reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and make sure payments are on time
- You will work with stakeholders to improve processes and enhance efficiency across the business
- You will assist with month‑end procedures, reconciliations, and reporting
- You will maintain accurate and organised records
- You will handle queries with patience, professionalism, and clarity
- You will continuously look for ways to improve our accounts payable processes and support the finance team





All about you

- You’re an accounts payable pro with 2 years’ experience under your belt with good exposure to the accounts payable function, and you’re known for being meticulous, organised, and unshakeably reliable.
- You thrive in the detail, handle sensitive information with care, and bring a calm, people‑focused approach to everything you do.
- You communicate clearly, listen intently, and aren’t afraid to ask the right questions to solve problems and keep things moving.
- You’re driven, curious, and always looking for ways to improve processes and make life easier for the teams you support. And when things get busy or priorities shift, you stay cool, focused, and ready to jump in with a can‑do attitude.
