As Rauland continues to scale, the strength of our revenue governance and cash discipline becomes increasingly critical. We are seeking a Revenue Accountant to take end-to-end ownership of revenue recognition, billing performance and receivables oversight. Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, you will lead our Accounts Receivable function and play a key role in protecting cash flow, strengthening controls and supporting sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:
Revenue Governance & Recognition
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition across SMA and project-based contracts
- Maintain WIP integrity and ensure disciplined movement to revenue
- Strengthen billing structures, pricing controls and system accuracy
- Safeguard compliance with accounting standards and contractual obligations
- Lead and oversee accounts receivable performance
- Monitor aged debt and proactively manage collection risks
- Escalate issues impacting cash flow and protect revenue outcomes
- Lead, guide and develop the Accounts Receivable Officer
- Manage and resolve billing disputes constructively and professionally
Credit Risk & Financial Control
- Conduct and oversee credit assessments and limit management
- Apply disciplined judgement in account holds and releases
- Protect the business through strong governance and financial controls
Reporting & Commercial Insight
- Prepare and review revenue, WIP and AR reporting
- Provide clear visibility to leadership on revenue trends, risks and cash performance
- Contribute to strengthening systems, controls and process efficiency
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- CA or CPA qualification (highly regarded)
- Proven experience managing revenue recognition in contract or project-based environments
- Strong exposure to WIP management and receivables oversight
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring an AR team member
- ERP experience (SAP or similar) and strong Excel capability
- Commercially aware with strong cash flow discipline
- Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and hold firm when required
- Detail-driven, structured and comfortable operating in a growing environment
- Experience in Healthcare or Technology sectors is advantageous, but not essential.
