IDOC Error Message Management (Warehouse)

• Monitor and resolve IDOC error messages daily to ensure efficient warehouse operations, collaborating with relevant teams to address issues as they arise

Invoice Validation (Warehouse)

• Conduct thorough monthly validations of warehouse invoices for accuracy and compliance with company standards, addressing discrepancies with 3PL.

Invoice Validations for Transport Providers

• Perform weekly validations of invoices from six transport providers, ensuring all records are accurate.

• Manage the weekly processing of transport invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the financial system while maintaining organized records.

POD Uploads (Transport)

• Oversee the weekly upload of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to support accurate record-keeping and operational integrity.

Administrative Support for Write-OAs/Donations

• Prepare and submit monthly approval requests for write-oAs and donations, maintaining thorough records for reporting and auditing purposes.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
- Robust analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with IDOC error message management and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional interaction with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
