Opportunity

As an Assistant Project Manager , you will support senior leaders in delivering multiple projects from early planning and design through to completion. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their project management career in a business that offers hands‑on experience, professional mentoring, and exposure to major developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the coordination of design, documentation, procurement, and delivery activities.
- Support project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare and maintain project programs, budgets, and risk registers.
- Attend client and consultant meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow‑through.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Contribute to project administration, contract support, and financial tracking.
- Learn from experienced Project Managers and Directors in a supportive team setting.





About You

- 1‑3 years’ experience in construction, development, or project management (consultancy or client‑side experience ideal).
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to take initiative.
- Genuine passion for the property and construction industry and a desire to grow.
