At ASN Events, we deliver conferences and association management services that change peoples lives for the better, across scientific, medical, environmental and professional sectors. We partner with associations and societies to do more than just “run the admin”, we provide comprehensive management services to help them grow, engage their members, and operate with clarity and purpose.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Association Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of association clients. This is a client-facing, thinking role, in which you'll be trusted to manage relationships with clients and committees, guide governance and operations, and proactively improve how each association runs.

This role is suited to a proactive and strategic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly motivated, and can take ownership of client engagement. We are looking for someone who does more than just execute tasks. You will drive engagement, optimise processes, and proactively guide associations towards achieving their strategic goals.

Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH

Some interstate travel and occasional evening work (Board meetings / events)

- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost membership engagement and event participation.

- Create compelling content that positions associations as leaders in their respective fields.

You’ll likely be a valuable fit if:
