What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate major construction activities from early planning to completion
- Own project schedules, budgets and documentation that support high quality delivery
- Work closely with Project Managers to maintain time, cost and quality outcomes
- Mentor junior coordinators and contribute to a positive, high performing site culture
- Partner with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve efficient project delivery
- Ensure compliance with specifications, contracts and regulatory requirements
- Track progress, foresee risks and flag opportunities for improvement
- Resolve issues as they arise and accelerate when required
- Present clear project updates to senior leadership
- Maintain accurate, current project records
What You Bring
- Degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline
- 7 years or more experience in project coordination or management within construction
- Demonstrated capability delivering large scale projects valued from $150 million and above
- Background within apartments, commercial, health or data centre environments
- Strong organisational capability and sound prioritisation
- Confident communicator with proven leadership strengths
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing strongly to the project team
- Familiarity with industry project management tools and systems
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, compliance and regulatory frameworks
