Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal performance and longevity of assets, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning
- Leading compliance efforts across essential services and risk management, aligned with Colliers' national standards
- Collaborating with property management to oversee budget expenditure and financial planning
- Procuring and negotiating service contracts, managing tenders and RFPs with precision
- Delivering accurate expenditure and performance reports for monthly and quarterly client updates
- Upholding OH&S; standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews

- A solid understanding of industry best practices, sustainability principles, and legislative compliance
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and operations, with proven experience in risk management
