Pitcher Partners Brisbane is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Operations Associate to join our Wealth division. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting operational excellence in a dynamic professional environment.

About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you’ll provide essential support across a range of administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing client reporting, maintaining databases, processing documentation, and assisting with onboarding. You’ll also play a key role in preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting special projects. From coordinating team events to assisting with recruitment and training, this role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact.

What We’re Looking For

We value honesty, integrity, and a willingness to learn. You’ll need exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional presentation, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Skills & Experience

- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Docusign skills
- Experience with XPLAN, Macquarie WRAP/Cash products, and Praemium
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi‑task effectively
- Diploma or Degree (DFP desirable)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
