Your Role
- Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
- Build and manage a caseload through robust community and referral partnerships.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with NDIS and professional guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- SPA Registered Speech Pathologist (or eligibility for registration).
- A proactive and motivated clinician with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with referral sources and clients.
- Experience in paediatrics, disability, or community settings is highly desirable.
- Passion for delivering evidence-based care and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
