Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the bathware and construction materials industry
- Promote and sell a diverse range of bathroom and building products to contractors, builders, developers, and retailers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and account management
- Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective client support

Requirements

- Proven sales experience,



ideally within the bathware, sanitary ware, or broader building materials/construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and negotiate effectively
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Current driver’s licence – car allowance provided
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven with a proactive approach

Salary & Benefits

- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Attractive commission structure based on performance
