In Vitro Technologies is a Healthcare and Scientific distribution organisation who specialise in the sales, marketing, and support of medical products throughout Australia and New Zealand.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join In Vitro Technologies as a National Corporate Account Manager, where you’ll manage a high-value portfolio of private hospital and corporate healthcare accounts across Australia and New Zealand. This strategic role is focused on driving growth, deepening key relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will lead national engagement by fostering long-term partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities, and working closely with our corporate customers. Internally, you’ll collaborate across multiple divisions, including Sales and Territory Managers, Technical Teams, and Product Managers. With a focus on CSSD, Endoscopy, infection control and our Service offerings, you’ll represent the full In Vitro Product Portfolio—spanning both capital equipment and consumable solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with divisional and regional managers.
- Manage a high-value national portfolio across Private Hospitals, Public Health Boards, and Corporate Healthcare Accounts.
- Work across business units to deliver customer-centric sales, marketing, and clinical engagement initiatives.
- Promote both capital equipment and consumable offerings across CSSD, Infection Control, Endoscopy and our Technical departments
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular market and customer feedback to inform strategy and innovation
- National travel required to maintain strong client engagement and presence

ABOUT YOU

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science,



Healthcare or Business, or previous industry sales experience
- Proven experience in a healthcare Account Manager or Sales role – ideally within CSSD, Endoscopy, Infection Control, or related fields
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a solution-oriented approach
- Previous experience engaging with corporate healthcare groups and public health boards is desirable.
- Collaborative, professional, and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing and able to travel nationally as required.
- Ideally based in Melbourne or Brisbane (Sydney also considered).
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader team
- Comfortable navigating complex organisational structures and decision-making hierarchies
- A proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts efficiently
