We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Support Consultant to act as the Functional L2/L3 Lead, supporting and enhancing Salesforce platforms across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service.

Key Responsibilities

- Entitlements and SLAs
- Service operations optimization

Support Experience Cloud (Portal) issues

- User login and access management
- Self-service functionality
- User experience improvements

Provide functional support for Field Service

- Scheduling and dispatch issues
- Work order and service appointment processes
- End-user journey optimization
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Stakeholder and business engagement
- Minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reporting and dashboard gap analysis

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Primary)




- Experience supporting Experience Cloud (Community/Portal)
- Good understanding of Sales Cloud
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Field Service
- Awareness of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities
- Experience working in L2/L3 support environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Certifications (Preferred)

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Ideal Candidate

- Experienced in production support and business-facing roles
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing incidents, enhancements, and stakeholder expectations
- Able to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams
