About the role

Vinova are working with a leading renewable energy developer delivering utility scale solar and energy storage projects across Australia. This is a client-side position sitting within the construction team, reporting into the Senior Project Manager.

You will act as the key interface between site and the wider project team, overseeing contractor delivery and ensuring all works meet technical, safety and contractual standards. The role will also support grid connection activities and play an significant part in QA, compliance and reporting across the project lifecycle.

This is a fully site based position operating on a 9 days on,



5 days off roster.

Duties

- Act as the client side representative on site across all construction activities
- Oversee contractor works across civil, electrical and commissioning phases
- Review QA documentation and ensure alignment with technical specifications and EPC requirements
- Support grid connection activities and coordinate with network service providers and technical advisors

Skill/experience

- Background in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience on utility scale renewable or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of QA, compliance and site-based reporting
- Exposure to grid connections or electrical systems
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Work on large-scale renewable energy projects
- Strong support from experienced site and project leadership
- Long term pipeline of secured projects
