About the Role:

You'll provide high-level administrative support to two Partners and their teams across Class Actions , ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

- Manage diaries, appointments, and correspondence
- Prepare & amend legal documents
- Coordinate travel
- Prepare electronic and paper briefs
- Electronically file documents through Court portals
- Liaise with counsel, courts, and clients
- Oversee monthly billing process and reporting
- Coach and mentor junior legal assistants

Qualifications & Required Skills:





- 4 + years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar position in legal support. Litigation experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with efficiency
- Strong tech skills in legal practice management systems
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Pay range and compensation package:

- Up to $115,000 pkg DOE & year salary reviews + bonuses
- 2 days WFH, Versatile working & 28 days annual leave per year
- CBD location, global offices, weekly & monthly team-based events
