Join ESR Group, a leading Asia‑Pacific real asset manager focused on New Economy sectors, including logistics, data centres, and infrastructure and renewables.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our Sydney team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role you will work closely with the Financial Controller and Head of Finance to support the delivery of accounting requirements while playing a key role in rolling out finance process improvement initiatives. This includes supporting month‑end activities and contributing to ad hoc projects to enhance efficiency and create capacity within the team.

Requirements

- Tertiary qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic workplace
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and documentation skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work with and integrate AI tools into workflows, with an understanding of data privacy, security, and quality assurance principles
