Senior Asset Management Engineer (Mechanical / Reliability) – Full time, Permanent role based in our head office in Brisbane CBD. Flexible working arrangements including a 9-day fortnight. Cutting edge engineering projects on offer in a growing ASX listed business.

Responsibilities

- Providing technical support and expertise within your discipline at a senior level;
- Provide asset management technical services and expertise at a senior level
- Manage, lead and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
- Ensure a high level of quality in developing and reviewing deliverables
- Contribute towards proposals and tenders

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years’ experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation, manufacturing or other relevant industries
- Experience working for both an asset owner and consultancy is considered ideal
- CPEng status or ability to obtain (preferred)

Skills & Attributes

- Strong understanding of Asset Management and its application




- Familiarity with Asset Management Plans (AMPs)
- Experience with Asset hierarchy, FMECA, Asset Criticality, Spares Analysis, Maintenance Strategy and Work Instruction development
- Understanding of maintenance engineering practices
- Experience with CMMS (i.e. Maximo, SAP or Oracle)
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience delivering projects / scopes of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
