The office manages private capital investments and requires a hands on Compliance Officer to support and strengthen its Australian financial services framework.
You will work closely with senior leadership in a high trust environment, with clear accountability for compliance oversight across the investment structure.

The Focus Of The Role
- Develop and enhance the Compliance Plan, policies and procedures
- Deliver the Compliance Monitoring Program and Board reporting
- Manage regulatory breach reporting and ASIC notifications
- Maintain conflicts of interest registers and AR oversight
- Support AML CTF obligations, IDR processes, and regulatory compliance
- High ownership role with real influence
- Exposure to private capital and investment governance

What We’re Looking For
- 3 plus years experience in compliance or risk within Australian financial services
- Solid knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC expectations
- Experience supporting an AFSL environment, ideally within managed funds
- Ability to translate legislation into practical controls
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
