About The Program
headspace is Australia’s national youth mental health foundation, focused on early intervention and integrated care for people aged 12–25. We work to ensure young Australians get the right support at the right time, across mental health, physical health, education/employment, and substance use.

Are you a compassionate leader with strong clinical experience in youth mental health?
We’re seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead and support our multidisciplinary team at headspace Mount Druitt . In this pivotal role, you'll provide operational and clinical supervision, guide evidence-based practice, support performance outcomes, and contribute to strategic direction—all while making a tangible impact on the mental health of young people.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise clinicians, conduct case reviews, and lead various meetings relating to intake and client management
- Guide and support evidence-based practices within the team
- Oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Train and mentor new clinicians
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives with the Operations Manager
- Maintain oversight of service KPIs and reporting
- Deliver direct client support as needed

Essential Criteria

- Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy), and provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body
- Driver’s Licence
