Role

As our Social Media Coordinator, this role isn’t just about posting— it’s about storytelling. You’ll:

- Own the direction, strategy and execution of two trail‑blazing consumer facing social media channels (@boutiquehomesvictoria & @homebuyerscentrevic).
- Create beautiful, engaging content (photo, video, reels) that brings our brands to life.
- Get behind the camera to capture authentic stories from across the business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and influence teams to share their stories.
- Spot trends, plan fresh ideas, and keep our social channels buzzing.
- Tell the story behind the numbers— report on performance and share insights.
- Manage community engagement, coordinate agencies, and keep campaigns running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring





- Robust creative skills— you know how to make content look amazing.
- Ability to create beautiful social content (agency, freelance, or side hustle welcome).
- Confident behind the camera and skilled in photo/video editing.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
- Bonus points for experience with TikTok, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or automation tools.
